Founded by executive leader and ICF-accredited coach Kara Mazurowski, Intentional Ascent blends real-world leadership experience with transformational coaching principles to help clients align who they are with how they lead. Meet Kara

Kara Mazurowski is an executive leader and transformational coach with over two decades of experience guiding organizations and individuals through complex change, growth, and strategic transformation.


Throughout her career, Kara has worked at the intersection of leadership, technology, and operations, partnering with senior executives and global teams to deliver large-scale initiatives that drive measurable impact (working for American Express and PayPal). Her work has included leading cross-functional programs across product, engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver scalable solutions in highly complex environments.


Alongside her corporate leadership career, Kara founded Intentional Ascent, LLC, a coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals and leaders grow intentionally. Through coaching, she helps clients align who they are with how they lead—creating clarity, confidence, and momentum toward their next level of impact.


Kara’s leadership approach is grounded in both strategic execution and human-centered change. She is a certified practitioner in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and an ICF-accredited transformational coach through the International Coaching Federation. This combination allows her to help individuals and organizations navigate change with both practical strategy and deep self-awareness. Kara supports leaders to strengthen leadership presence, navigate change, and align identity with action—turning vision into meaningful, measurable results.


 Kara holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
